Rent Event Space Located in Downtown Kailua Kona

Our private air conditioned dining room has a capacity of 60 guests and our outdoor seating area can accommodate another 24 guests.

  • The rental fee is $600 for 3 hours plus $100/hour for every hour past that. We also charge a $250 cleaning fee.  
  • Our minimum food order is $1500 or $35 per person, whichever is greater.
  • We also charge $40/hourly labor cost for the event manager, 20% gratuity, and state tax.
  • Our venue includes dining tables, chairs, lounge style seating for up to 6 guests, two Rockville speakers, 2 mics and a karaoke system that you are welcome to enjoy. 
  • Food is typically served buffet style. We include complete buffet set up and a manager will be on site to manage the buffet line and help refill pans as needed.
